Review: Virtual Painter is a program that you can use to quickly turn photos into paintings. Application interface is clean and quite intuitive. Images can be imported using the file browser or drag-and-drop method (batch processing is also supported). The effects that you can apply to your photo as watercolor, oil painting, color pencil, pastel, silkscreen, collage, airbrush, paint, triangles and gothic oil paintings. Also, you can duplicate the image, set the page layout, use the undo, cut, copy, and paste features, and reviewing actual image size. But you can minimize, resize and rotate images, add text (bevel, shadow, transparent, set the font style) and change the fabric of images (eg, smooth wood paneling, textured paper, marble stopper) and change the properties of the image ( eg, scale, rendering, painting, trick), and others. Virtual Painter works in a low to moderate amount of system resources and is rapidly spreading effects to images without freezing, crashing or display bugs.
